Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for orders shipped within the United States, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hey@maabae.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: MAABAE Returns, c/o US Launch Pad, 7701 Chattsworth Road, Midland, GA 31820, USA.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This applies to all orders, including international orders.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International orders
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the United States, including for sizing, so all international orders are final sale. Please check our size guides before you order. We wish we could offer international returns, and we hope to in the future.

If your international order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email hey@maabae.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order was delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, please see the section below.

European Union and United Kingdom: 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order was delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This includes sale items.

To cancel, use the withdrawal button in our website footer, or email hey@maabae.com with your order number. Please send your item back to the address above within 14 days of letting us know. Return shipping is paid by you.

Once we receive your item, or proof that you’ve sent it, we’ll refund what you paid, including standard shipping and any duties and taxes paid at checkout, within 14 days. You’re welcome to try your item on as you would in a shop. If it’s been worn beyond that, we may refund less to reflect its reduced value.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
